The Executive Committee - have ultimate responsibility for the running of the House, a Committee of Trustees meet regularly. Their primary concern is the well being and happiness of the Residents and the maintenence of a quality House.

T
he Management Team - Consists of a Manager, Deputy and a Finance Officer who manage the house on a daily basis. They are available should relatives or friends wish to speak with them regarding the health or welfare of our residents.

Staffing
- There are dedicated teams of Carers and Seniors in each of our three units (smaller units enable closer monitoring of residents and their needs)

Meals - are freshly cooked in our large well equipped kitchen by our own staff

Laundry - A modern well equipped laundry room staffed by ladies who deal with all laundering and running repairs on clothes.

Hairdressing - Our hairdresser visits the house twice weekly

Visitors - Visiting is encouraged, we welcome the involvement of relatives and friends in taking residents out for trips to shops or outings.

Activities - Our activities organiser assits our residents with painting, singing, different types of activities and special outings and organising entertainment. This is funded by the Residents Fund for which donations are always welcome. We have a housecat called Tigger and three budgerigars.
Activities

Maintenance - is undertaken by our Maintenance Officer

Church Services - A service is held in the House on the last Sunday of the month. Our vicar also visits the house regularly to speak with residents and give commuinion to those who wish to receive it. The London City Mission also provide a service in the House during the month.

Accessibility - The London Underground (District Line) is nearby at Heathway Station. And by road from the A13 or A127 from Heathway - Dagenham Avenue is at the crossroads.

Funding - can be arranged through your Local Authority Social Services Department for those eligible and without private means. Further assistance can be obtained from the contact table. Cost of Dementia Care to be advised when contact is made.
