The Abbeyfield East London Extra Care Society Ltd

George Brooker House

George Brooker House was built in the early 1990's and was opened by Baroness Cox in 1992, providing care for elderly residents who were unable to cope in their own home or in other supported Abbeyfield Accomodation.

We are a charitable, not for profit organisation and any surplus cash that may arise is automatically ploughed back into facilities at the House.

Abbeyfield, a National Charity has a number of supported houses throughout Great Britain, each being an independent charity with a membership  to the Society.

Each charity is run by a group of Trustees who give their time voluntarily to ensure the elderly are cared for in the best way possible.

Over the years George Brooker House has developed and is now a dedicated home delivering holistic care to 43 dementia residents.
